What we collect

When you use the app contact form, we receive your name, email address, the app you select, the app version if you provide it, and your message. Please include only the information needed to explain your enquiry.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information with each request - IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses necessary cookies to remember your cookie choices and, when you unlock the private preview, your access to its pages. The preview cookie lasts for seven days and contains a signed access token, not your password. Any analytics or marketing cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your decision at any time through the cookie preferences on this site.

How we use it

We use contact-form details to respond to your enquiry. Messages are sent to our app support inbox using Amazon Web Services. The website does not store a separate copy of your message in a database.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the app contact form to check for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device information for this check. Our server sends Cloudflare the verification token, without your name, email address or message.

We use technical information to keep the site running and secure. Temporary message counters help prevent abuse and do not contain your name, email address, IP address or message. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking first.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details on this site and we will respond.
