What can I do for free?
Add homes and rooms, use the checklist, record snags and photos, add markup and log your builder’s responses. You can also save your photos.
What does Full Access include?
One £29.99 purchase covers one home: unlimited reports, progress reports, a warranty escalation pack, household sharing and a full data export. There is no recurring subscription. Another home needs its own purchase.
Can I share a home?
Yes. A home with Full Access can be shared with up to two other people using an iCloud share link. They join free. Anyone with the link can join while a place is available, so share it carefully.
Where does my data live?
Your home records and photos are stored on your iPhone and synced through iCloud. Shared homes are available to their members. Snagwise also uses Firebase for usage analytics and crash reports; see the separate app privacy policy.
What happens if I delete a home?
Deleting a home removes its records and ends your household’s access. Its Full Access purchase is forfeited: it cannot be moved to another home or recovered with Restore Purchases.
Can I put my own logo on reports?
A separate £9.99 purchase adds your logo to reports for every home on your Apple Account. A small “Made with Snagwise” credit remains.
